Court of Law: Sim Nation is the Judge and Jury!

We bow to the wisdom of other, older Nations than us. This is why my village decided, until the Court House is build and opened, to have public trials for everything that is going on in Sim Platin Heights.

Here you can to read and judge all Court Cases that take place. 

Every Case will have different outcome possibilities - you be the judge of that. Simply read the Case, decide on one of three or four possible Outcomes and the Court will bow to the Input of SimNation.

Cases can contain a fight over Custody Rights, Burglary, Divorces and Splitting of a Family's Fortune, Inheritance Issues, Imigration and so much more!

Case #1: Platin Sim Heights vs. Mrs. Miza Khai Takezami

Miza Khai Takezami at the Crime Scene. Beside her a mysterious Gun and her husband's Urn.

Mrs. Takezami, Owner of "Flowers of Power", is being heard in this trial to determine if she murdered her Husband in Cold Blood or if it was Self Defense and to protect her daughter and Newborn Son.

Mrs. Takezami stated the following shortly after being arrested:

"I don't know what happened, really... All of a sudden there is a gun in my home and my husband is threatening me for money. I was scared so I handed him 147$. He was never a man to use any force against anyone! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw him with a Gun in his Hand. So after that he went downstairs and I heard the Gun drop to the floor. I ran for it and saw Mazo Lai standing in the Baby's Room together with our newborn and our daughter Byni Zei. I thought He might want to harm them, so without thinking... I... I... I must have killed him. I didn't know the Gun was loaded and actually deadly! I was hoping I could just scare him... I have seen Guns before and none were deadly here in Sim Platin Heights!"

The Police, who arrived shortly after the shooting, stated: "When we arrived at the scene, Mrs. Takezami stood besides the Urn of her Husband, the Gun laying beside her. She seemed extremely upset and was very worried for her children. When we took her into custody, we allowed her one call to her teenaged Son, Beno Mingh, so he could take over House and Business for the time she was gone."

The Queen has listened carefully to this Case and now has decided for the following sentences:

1. Mrs. Takezami is convicted for the Murder of her Husband and will spend 15 Simdays in Jail. After that, she must not regain Custody of her children, but must pay child support.for all three. The business is given to planned Heiress Byni Zei when she turns Teen.

2. Mrs. Takezami must pay a Fine of 25.000$, must spend 5 Simdays in Jail, but keeps Custody of her children

3. Mrs. Takezami clearly acted in Self Defense and she does not need any more punishment, seeing as her beloved Husband is dead. She shall be set free.

Case opened:August 25th, 2010

Case will close: September 5th, 2010

Hello everyone,

my name is Ophelia Veron, and I am the first Queen of Sim Platin Heights. My town is on the verge of changing from a Victorian Village into a modern aged Sim Town and I will let you know about the progress of turning a Victorian Village into a modern Community.

The idea of letting other Sims know about our Hood was inspired by the amazing and wonderful Simmerville Webpage (http://hinsides.no/simmerville) and it has been such an inspiration that I wanted to introduce my Hood and getting it represented, too.
